Is my old Sound Blaster card better than new integrated HD sound cards?

I bought an inexpensive (~$50) MSI motherboard that has an integrated HD sound card (Realtec). But I have a dedicated PCI sound card (Sound Blaster Live, made in 2000), and it was a pretty serious card back then. IS it better sound quality wise than the integrated sound card I have in my new motherboard?
