No, she is just elderly and excessively thin. She has high cheekbones and a strong face structure which results in the skeletor look. She has been married to the same man for years, centuries actually. This is a message for women who desire to be thin into old age...put on some weight and flesh out those cheekbones or look like the Grim Reaper. Really. When I get old I'm going to be plump.
