Welcome to the American school system.... Where eating candy is equal to doing drugs...?

If you push someone its the same as beating them with a baseball bat... expulsion, if you eat skittles its the same as having weed. (not legally, but according to school policy) its a joke. What do you think? Do you think kids could handle school better, if it was actually a reasonable place for a human to be?
